You want to eat and enjoy your food, as you should, but you also want to feel well in your body. Sometimes, the choices we make in trying to survive can work against our long-term health. Even when we know that, change can still feel hard.
Life can get busy, and the stress builds. You barely have time to think about what to cook, let alone about eating healthy.
When you finally get a break, the last thing you want is another thing to manage. You just want to relax, switch off, and comfort yourself. Nothing is wrong with that.
